ANALISIS LAYERING TARIF CUKAI PRODUK ALKOHOL DI INDONESIA

چکیده
Penyederhanaan penggolongan BKC produk alkohol dalam UU Cukai membawa konsekuensi perbedaan persepsi definisi maupun kriteria. Akibatnya penjabaran layering tarif cukai ke Peraturan Menteri Keuangan kurang tepat, dan berpotensi terjadi fraud/pelanggaran. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis alkohol. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif interpretatif, dengan reseach design berupa case study. Didukung data kuantitatif selama tahun 2016 s.d. 2021. Hasil menghasilkan diperlukan mengubah terutama untuk EA KMEA tanpa mengamandemen Cukai. Perubahan tunggal pada komoditi menjadi besarnya sebanding kadar etil alkoholnya, bentuknya cair atau pasta multi alkoholnya memakai satuan per liter, mengusulkan menyamakan MMEA impor negeri agar selaras best practice international.
